Challenge
As a prestigious brand Harrods Aviation were looking for a partner who could help increase the success of their advertising in a more challenging market but also wanted to ensure their name was front and centre of the campaigns.
Solution
With such a diverse range of specialist roles to hire for Harrods Aviation had considered using a recruitment agency as they believed only they would have the specialist knowledge required however the significant cost and the lack of brand presence on the job boards was a concern for them. They were advised to look at a provider like ourselves since we provided wider coverage than an agency, whilst still using their branding, and for a much lower price. Not only did they appreciate that we used their branding on the sites but also liked that we use exclusively more premium credits that feature enhanced pranded assets, priority placement in searches, are promoted to applicants and also feature in e-shots to candidates once posted.
Conclusion
Due to most of their positions being based in various airports around the country they were initial cautious that the more strict requirements would not be suited to general advertising. They decided to try a couple of difficult roles initially they found it to be an immediate success and decided to sign up with us as their long term partner for their recruitment needs.
