Challenge
As a HR consultancy it was inevitable that clients may eventually ask about assistance with recruitment so New Dawn were looking for a recruitment partner who could help provide the quality of service that their clients had become used to from themselves. With a variety of different clients with different requirements they were looking for a partner who could give clients a tailored response while still leaving New Dawn in the driver’s seat.
Solution
With the option of individually branding each advert, New Dawn were able to decide if they wanted to use their own logo (when confidentiality was important) or use their client’s logo so that candidates know who the end employer is. This allows us to minimise our direct involvement with New Dawn’s clients as well so we don’t confuse the process too much and they only have the one contact to deal with.
We also provided them with a parent account on our ATS, Connect, so that they can set up individual child accounts for any clients that would like to be involved in candidate filtering. This ensures that not only are all candidate details kept secure and only visible to those with permission to see them but also any communications sent from the system will be branded to that client further ensuring a seamless and smooth experience for candidates.
Conclusion
We’ve now been New Dawn’s dedicated recruitment partner for the last 10 years with a steady increase in the number of their clients utilising the advertising service through them to the point that we now have 23 separate client child accounts set up for frequent users who would like their own dedicated portal login.
