Challenge
With a constant need for trainees across London NLDCs main concern was getting good applicant volume with the best cost per applicant value possible and a time and cost effective way to manage them.
Solution
With the widest selection of premium job boards available we were an obvious choice to partner with since we were able to provide the spread of visibility needed along with the cost savings we were able to pass on to our clients. However we were also able to go above and beyond this by liaising with our contacts to run advertising campaigns in conjunction with marketing campaigns the job boards were running to really capitalise on those increased periods of activity. We also provided them with the highest level of job adverts with each board (e.g. Premium or Featured postings) so that their adverts were always appearing at the top of relevant sources, helping them literally stay on top of the market.
With the increase in number of platforms there would also be in increase in back office logins to manage their adverts so we provided them with a convenient system to manage them all and help cut down on the extra admin caused.
Conclusion
With the combination of new platforms and the cost savings we could pass on we not only increased their application rate exponentially, to around 1000 unique applicants per month, we also managed to significantly decrease the CPA to well below their target.
