Job Title: Trainee / Assistant Kitchen Fitter (Kitchens)
Location: Newton Abbot, Devon
Salary: From £17,981.60, up to £18,772 after initial training, employee discount, pension and opportunity for further progression
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time – 38 hours per week

About the Role:
You will play a key role in assisting the installation of our high quality kitchens. Working in customers houses it is important you are reliable, punctual and polite. The role would suit someone ‘good with their hands’ and carpentry experience is definitely an advantage. It goes without saying that you’ll be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, drive and energy.
Responsibilities:
Assisting our kitchen fitter with everything from delivering the kitchen, removal of the old kitchen, installation of units, worktops and appliances.
You will receive on the job training and be expected to fit appliances, plinths, handles and cut to size panels. In addition to working with our kitchen fitter you will also be trained to fit integrated appliances for customers.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous carpentry experience would be an advantage but not essential as on the job training will be given.

- Carpentry or Joinery Skills an advantage
- Full driving license would be an advantage
