We are looking for a highly motivated office manager to join our team. We are an innovative heating company in London. This is a great opportunity with incentives for the right person. We require office attendance and there is flexibility where we feel it is suitable.
Office Manager Main Duties:
- Registering new applicants
- Dealing with client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner being warm and welcoming
- Liaising with clients throughout, explaining the company process professionally
- Providing service and reminder calls daily
- General administrative duties including bookings, uploading details clients provide a company group with a devised system
- Advising customers of yearly reminders and booking them in
- Progressing business development by communicating with estate agencies with scope to earn above wage
- Managing Linkedin account and other avenues within our sector
Administrator Profile:
- Solid office administration experience
- Confident dealing with people
- Be approachable, helpful and project positivity
- Take pride in their appearance and their work
- Enjoy making a positive contribution to office life independently and as part of the team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must thrive on working at and delivering consistently high standards under pressure
- Ability to follow company protocols is highly important
