The Role:
University College Birmingham is recruiting for the role of Accommodation Officer to join our friendly accommodation team, which is a part of the Student Services / Estates department here at UCB.
UCB Accommodation was recently voted by students to be a finalist for the WUSCA’s!
You will oversee welfare, behaviour and wellbeing of residents living on-site in UCB accommodation. You will provide a supportive and friendly environment for UCB students and key stakeholders, ensuring that the accommodation is always maintained to a high standard.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience and excellent computer skills, alongside observational skills and problem-solving abilities to join our team!
