Salary: £20,000-£25,000p/a (£33,000 OTE – Uncapped Commission)

Protos Networks is excited to announce that we are advertising for an Account Executive to join our incredible team based in Chester

The role:

The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of Protos Networks and be responsible for generating and qualifying leads across all services for the business. You will have the ability to identify prospects and opportunities along with confirming face-to-face or virtual meetings. A key part of this role will be to create strong relationships with clients while guiding them through our sales cycle.

Customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, building strong relationships with clients, guiding them through our sales cycle, driving positive client experience and outcome.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Perform high volume prospecting/calling into organisations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail, inbound leads as well as utilising internet information sources to build and maintain a lead development pipeline.
  • Bring creative ways to and new leads and be proactive with your prospecting.
    Identify opportunities to close and independently run the client through the full sales cycle
  • Deliver Protos Networks USP and value add to potential clients across multiple industry sectors.
  • Articulate Protos’s services and solutions with prospective customers to successfully handle and overcome objections.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly goals on call volume, opportunities and closed won business.
  • Use of Salesforce, Webex and other tools to manage and create leads, and ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

The Candidate:

  • Ability to build great rapport with potential customers
  • Ability to work alone but work well as a team to achieve targets
  • Well organised
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • You’ll have previous telesales experience from a business-to-business environment and if you’ve worked within the technology industry, this would be an advantage but not essential.
  • You’ll also have a keen focus on sales development including a passion for new acquisitions.
