The role:

Join our team at Clear Insurance Management as an Account Executive and play a pivotal role in strategic client management. As a member of the London Northwest team, you’ll be immersed in a well-established division, focusing on Commercial Insurance, Property Insurance, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

In this role, you will take charge of Client Relationship Management by strategically overseeing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and advocating for insurance products.

You will inherit and cultivate an existing book of business, proactively engaging clients to foster growth. Engage in Business Development by identifying and leveraging new opportunities within the general commercial insurance sector.

Collaborate closely with Broking & Claims professionals to ensure comprehensive client management. Utilise your Technical Expertise to showcase a profound understanding of insurance policies, risk management, and compliance responsibilities.

Your strong technical knowledge will be instrumental in delivering effective presentations on topics related to the Commercial Insurance Industry.

Demonstrate your Innovation and Creativity in securing business, contributing to the overall success of the team.

The Candidate:

  • Have experience in a similar role, including evidence of retention and growth of an existing book of business as well as generating and converting new business opportunities.
  • Experience in dealing with Property and Commercial Insurance Markets.
  • Have a good knowledge of the responsibilities surrounding compliance, FCA requirements and consumer duty.
  • Good technical knowledge and presentation skills with the ability to present to groups of individuals on topics related to the Commercial Insurance Industry when needed with suitable training and guidance provided.
  • Innovative & creative individual who can show examples of where this has helped secure business.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for client management and analysis.

May also possess:

  • ACII qualified or working towards
  • Acturis system experience
