Role summary

We are looking for an Account Executive to be our internal point of contact for our online clients. You will be part of dynamic and fast growing cross team. Your main responsibility will be to look after our online clients on a day-to-day basis, liaising with suppliers, monitoring stock and supporting Account Managers. You will also be processing orders, reporting and invoicing as well as administration tasks relating to your role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking after our online clients with the day-to-day running of online portals including:
    • Processing orders placed.
    • Liaising with clients on a daily basis.
    • Dealing with user queries.
    • Problem solving any issues that may arise.
    • Organising new product requests.
    • Monitoring stock levels, reporting on stock and re-ordering when necessary.
    • Monitoring safe completion of all orders.
  • Liaising with suppliers
    • Source, negotiate and liaise with suppliers to obtain appropriate and competitive quotations and supply purchase orders prior to ordering goods/ services.
  • Assist in managing clients’ ad-hoc requests.
  • Liaising with internal departments to action client requests.
  • Reporting and invoicing.
  • General administration tasks arising from the above, including filing job bags, raising purchase orders etc.
  • Attend client meetings – in person or via video call.
  • Helping maintain SLAs.

  • Sales Retention & growth.

You will:

  • Work under pressure to strict deadlines, whilst still maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator both internally and externally.

  • Forward thinking and proactive approach.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet.
  • Have previous experience of working within a customer facing environment.
  • Have previous experience with print, creative, SAAS or data, an advantage.
