Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Freckleton Street Kirkham, PR4 2SH
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum pro rata, in line with experience, plus a generous commission structure.
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (4 or 5 Day Week Available)
Working Hours: 4-day week (30 hours) or 5-day week (36.5 hours) available.
A highly successful Audio Communications company based in Lancashire seeks to appoint an Account Manager, as a result of ongoing success and growth.
The Role:
You will be required to retain and grow a number of existing partner accounts and generate new business by contacting prospective partners.
You will be required to identify and develop strategic plans to target those potential partners, based on our product strengths.
Devise proposals that meet their needs and illustrate the potential ROI and be abreast of market/sector developments and through working colligative with our team, develop solutions that are first to market and meet future demand.
Fully understand our service offering in detail, developing relationships through a consultative approach and building trust and confidence.
Qualification/Skills:
- Knowledge of the Private and Public sector
- Significant and proven sales background, with a history of meeting and exceeding high-value targets
- Experience in developing and presenting solutions made bespoke to a client’s needs through a consultative approach
- Experience in effectively planning and tracking a sales process to achieve commercial success
- A proven background in generating business via a variety of proactive, innovative methods inclusive of cold calling, networking and leveraging and extending existing networks
- Experience in developing customer proposals
- Exceptional communication skills
- Contribute effectively within a team environment, working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders
- Basic IT knowledge
