Job Title: Account Manager – eCommerce

Location: Blackburn (this role is suitable for a blended office and home working arrangement)

Salary: Competitive depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The eCommerce Account Manager will take ownership of the management and optimisation of existing products and uploading new products onto Amazon Seller Central and eBay.

D2C and FBA knowledge is essential.

About the role:

  • You will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of existing products and uploading new products onto Amazon Seller Central and eBay
  • Managing products across Amazon and eBay platforms
  • Create effective Amazon and eBay listings
  • Ensure all products and promotions are listed and optimized to the highest standards
  • Increase listing ranks and search results to drive traffic and sales
  • Assist with the management of Amazon advertising services, AMS, DSP and brand stores
  • Identify issues and liaise with relevant staff and departments
  • Research and respond to competitor pricing, promotions, products and activity
  • Provide sales feedback, product recommendations and restocking with relevant teams
  • Develop strategies for clearance and excess stock

About you:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience selling on Seller Central and eBay Marketplace
  • Experience with Amazons brand registry
  • D2C and FBA knowledge is essential
  • Knowledge of online product ranking factors
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate listings
  • Ability to interpret sales and traffic reports
  • Organised, proactive approach and the ability to meet deadlines
