You will be joining a well-established domiciliary provider in the Ealing area. The organisation supplies healthcare assistants to support people living in their own homes.

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to help us in our busy accounts area. We are looking for a diligent individual who has a good level of attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with local authorities and CCG invoicing departments to ensure payments are made.
Candidate will ensure all new clients are uploaded on the system matching correct Purchase orders.
Also you will ensure supplier invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner and approved before send off.
Duties Will Include:
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders, ensuring any deviations are questioned and highlighted with local authority
- Chasing outstanding invoices daily and POC
- Taking ownership of the accounts payable cycle
- Taking ownership of the accounts receivable cycle
- Reviewing outstanding payments and chase with the local authority and NHS
- Setting up new vendors on system
- Check BACS statements against invoices
- Suspending and restarting Package of care on the system
- Production of monthly client reports for the company
Experience Required:
- Competent IT skills including use of Excel
- Good numerical skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Previous Accounts experience
- Professional, motivated, and driven
- Team Player and customer focused
- Previous experience of dealing with Local authority and CCG invoices would be desirable but not essential
