Job Title: Administration Assistant

Job type: Full Time – Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm

We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to be based at our depot in Avonmouth.
Duties include:
- Raise applications for payment and invoices and chasing overdue debts as appropriate. Ensure paperwork raised is in line with normal procedures and any queries which may prevent or slow payment are addressed in a timely manner to assist the collection of outstanding monies. Telephone & email follow up as required.
- Speak to customers to establish their account status
- Manage major contract work and variation log
- Raise orders and contracts to clients using computer-based systems and administrative processes
Personal Profile:
A minimum of 1 year’s previous administration experience is required. You must be able to demonstrate a positive, “can-do” attitude with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. A highly organised and methodical, confident person and have the capability of working effectively as part of a busy team.
