Job Title: Administration Executive

Location: Recorra, Lant Street, London SE1 1RB

Salary: £19,000 – £20,000 per annum based on 30 hours per week – depending on experience

Job type: Full Time/permanent 30 hours. Mon-Fri. 10.30am to 5:30pm (need to be available until 5.30pm to process that day’s orders)

About the role:

The role requires someone with outstanding customer care skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The primary focus will be liaising with customers, processing orders and dealing with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering Calls & using Live Chat
  • Build and maintain a good rapport with clients. Dealing with customer enquiries and taking ownership until any query is resolved
  • Processing orders
  • Managing backorders
  • Handling customer returns and co-ordinating with suppliers
  • Liaising internally with our Recycling Helpdesk
  • Setting up new clients, pricing & contracts
  • Liaising with our logistic partners on deliveries/queries
  • Invoice processing
  • Supplier invoice reconciliation
  • Improving department & finance processes
  • Producing reports
  • Other administration tasks associated with the department

The Candidate:

  • Highly autonomous and self-motivated
  • Tenacious
  • Personable – able to change approach and personal style to appeal to your audience
  • Contribute actively to maintaining a good team spirit
  • Ability to look for solutions, not problems
  • 1 year administration & customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Personal interest in the environment
  • Excellent IT Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Well organised, you will be able to manage your time to ensure work is completed on time
