Job Title: Administrator

Location: Croydon & Home working – hybrid working

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

About the role:

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual. Someone who loves to be part of

a friendly and successful team, has a can-do mindset and is driven by results.

The standout candidate will be part of our small and supportive Research team, reporting

to our Head of Research.

The main purpose of the role is to support our lender and intermediary customers

ensuring that we are effectively promoting their product and policy information across

our intermediary and business partner software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is administrative position that involves updating product and policy data on our systems.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Conducting relevant oversight checks
  • Participating in regular team and company meetings
  • Providing telephone support to our customers to help with data queries
  • Playing a role in shaping the future of our systems with feedback and idea’s

Experience required Essential:

  • One years’ previous experience in an office/administrative position
  • Computer literacy skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good oral & written communications skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Mortgage product/market knowledge
