Job Title: Administrator (Schemes)

Location: Pleasley, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £21,172 per annum

Job Type: Permanent, full time (37.5 hours a week)

This is a permanent position with a 3-month probationary period, once probation has been successfully completed employees will be enrolled onto our pension scheme and Westfield’s private healthcare will be offered.

Purpose & Main Duties:

The role of scheme administrator is to process existing NAPIT members assessment reports, passed to us via our external assessment team.

This consists of processing and checking documents and reports, making sure everything is correct and in order and updating our membership database.

It also requires contacting members via phone/email and chasing up required evidence, documents and information from them.

Dealing with and processing a high influx of emails and calls at times.

This position is part of a busy schemes administration department and has a variety of queries to deal with daily.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Administration work experience preferred but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy is essential.
  • Good communication skills and telephone experience.
  • The ability to use standard computer systems including Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Excel and Word as these will be used on a daily basis). Training will be provided for our internal systems.
  • The ability to work as part of a larger team but being self-sufficient and self-motivated.
  • Ideally, but not essential, we would like to see candidates who hold qualifications of GCSE C grade or above.
  • Able to provide a minimum of two contactable references.
  • Preferably with a full UK driving license and access to transport due to location of our offices.
