Job Title: Investment Database and Business Development Administrator

Location: Hybrid / London Office

CAMRADATA provides institutional investors, including pension funds, insurers and consultants, with data and analysis to research and report on their investments. They enable investors to conduct rigorous, evidence-based assessments of over 5,600 investment products offered by over 750 asset managers. CAMRADATA get things done, and they do them efficiently.

About the role:

This role is focussed on providing administrative support to CAMRADATA’s on-line asset manager research platform, CAMRADATA Live, and providing support to the Business Development team.

Important (but not restricted) to this will be the following:

  • Database support and queries are managed appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Being the first point of contact for database related web queries
  • Proactively support the Business development work stream with all administrative aspects of their role; and
  • Support direct sales activities including but not limited to assisting with email campaigns and CRM reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide database support to all users and prospective clients of CAMRADATA Live and the Business Development team.
  • Assist with the production and delivery of various CAMRADATA Live services including but not limited to assisted searches and quarterly investment performance reporting.
  • Assist with managing the CAMRADATA Live pipeline of developments.
  • Assist with the maintenance of CAMRADATA Live, including regular checks of users compared with the CRM system, SalesForce, to keep records and content up-to-date and in line with GDPR.
  • Assist the Managing Director, Business Development with the production and delivery of ad hoc projects that may be agreed from time to time.
  • Assist in the production and distribution of effective email marketing campaigns to support CAMRADATA’s products and services.
  • Responsibility for the quality of work produced for prospects and clients and ensuring that the current best practices of the business are employed at all times.
  • Ensuring that the performance management and differentiation principles are reflected through the business.

About you:

You’ll need to:

  • Understand the business propositions and the business operations of CAMRADATA.
  • Have a basic understanding of investments and the financial markets in which CAMRADATA operates in.
  • Ensure at all times appropriate conduct internally and externally is maintained.
  • Have solid communication, interpersonal and organisation skills with time management being of key importance
  • Be enthusiastic and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
  • Be able to use initiative and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Become proficient in SalesForce and GatorMail.
  • Be aware of the potential for conflicts to emerge in the various aspects of CAMRADATA Analytical Services Ltd and the Punter Southall Group of companies to which it belongs.
