We are currently looking for an Asset Apprentice to join our team in our Head Office in Exeter.

Main Responsibilities

As an Asset Apprentice you will offer full administration support to the Asset Controller and Short-Term Rental Team by ensuring we manage the stock records, update sales channels and data cleanse the stock records.

Learning various aspects of Asset Management and taking on associated projects to maximise returns from the fleet. Shadow cover for Asset Controller to fulfil key tasks when required. Interaction with other departments to ensure our equipment is inspected, stored, and prepared in a suitable and timely manner.

Who are we looking for?

As an apprentice, no specific experience will be required, however the following will be desirable:

  • Experience working within an administration role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to plan, organise and prioritise job responsibilities
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous experience of building and developing strong customer relationships
  • Good working knowledge of MS Windows, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You will need to be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep accurate records.
  • Safety first focus – follow all QHSE guidance

You will be enlisted on the NVQ level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and will be supported to complete this within 18 months of commencement.

You will need to have the following personal attributes:
