They are now looking to recruit an Assistant Product Manager to join the team. This role would be suitable for a recent graduate or someone with a couple of years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Product Team with the management of products throughout the lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
  • Provide input into business cases
  • Identify and manage product requirements, including feedback from sales and customers
  • Be knowledgeable about the product range, the market, relevant technology and the competition
  • Support the delivery of product marketing plans for existing products and new product launches
  • Create and perform product demonstrations to customers
  • Participate in product testing
  • Monitor, report and improve product performance
  • Co-ordinate field testing programs and focus groups
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally
  • Provide project management support for new product development
  • Maintain competitor information for the product range
  • Monitor the market and provide feedback to the Product Managers and Marketing
  • Work with Marketing to ensure collateral is updated to reflect any changes to product
  • Work with Product Managers to create Installation and Servicing Guides for new products
  • Responsible for maintaining Team Sharepoint site, ensuring technical documentation is up to date

The Candidate:

Essential:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience in a technical or marketing role
  • Managing multiple projects and working to tight deadlines
  • Strong focus on business case outcomes from financial and customer perspective
