Job Title: Bakery Packing Supervisor
Location: London (SW19)
Salary: £27,000 per annum.
Job type: Full Time – Permanent. Working a morning shift with a flexible start time between 6.00am to 8.00am & working a 9 hour shift, 5 days a week mainly Monday to Fridays.
We are a busy bakery in who pride themselves on the high-quality products we make on a daily basis. We are currently recruiting a Bakery Packing Supervisor who can lead, inspire and motivate a team of 8 packers to join our welcoming bakery store in South London SW19.
The Role:
This role will require the Supervisor to maintain factory standards whilst managing production expectations by leading a team of packers, improving production and taking a proactive approach with regards to keeping the site running to its full potential & ensuring all of our breads are finished to the highest standards.
As a leader you will support the team by rolling up your sleeves and getting involved on the line with the making & packing process.
