Job Title: Schedule Booking Coordinator

Location: Office Based. Three Bridges, Crawley.

Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are a fast-growing field marketing agency. We don’t do conventional marketing! We help our clients get their products noticed by consumers using merchandising or sales techniques.

At Mirror Marketing, we are looking for someone to join our scheduling team as a Booking Coordinator at our small but busy office in Crawley. This is a 9-5 position, working Monday to Friday.

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for making sure our jobs are covered by the right person within our existing database and completed within the given timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking people to jobs using phone or email communication and text messages
  • Contacting workers to complete jobs on time
  • Dealing with incoming queries from workers in a timely manner

About you:

  • You can take on multiple projects at once
  • You can prioritise your workload
  • You can think outside the box when problem solving!
  • Your English is excellent, both written and oral

What we offer:

  • £21-23k per year
  • Working Monday to Friday, 9-5
  • 20 days of holiday plus Bank Holidays
