The Role/Candidate:

We are looking for highly ambitious customer service advisors who aren’t afraid to go above and beyond.

You’ll have a clear understanding of what constitutes great customer service and be able to deliver this effortlessly.

And of course, you’ll have excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

The customer service team are dedicated and strive to inspire our customers during their experience with us.

What will I do in the role?

  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • The first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Brand ambassador for your client
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

What do I need?

  • Experience working for a retailer
  • Experience working in a luxury background
  • Experience within any of the following: Beauty, Cosmetics, Fashion
  • A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive, ambition, and willingness to learn
  • Great attention to detail and highly organised
  • C2 Level of English required

Education/Studies:

Not essential, but beneficial)

  • Graduated from the Fashion Retail Academy
  • Communication Fields, such as Marketing/PR/Advertising
  • Make-up Artists
  • Qualifications in Dermatology or Skincare
