Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Fareham

Salary: 25k-30k (Uncapped commission – OTE 50k-100k)

Job type: Full-time and Permanent (Monday-Friday)

The Role:

Are you working in sales and looking for your next career move? We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Business Development Executive to join our sales team. You will play a key part in our growth strategy, using your experience to create new business and help us to achieve continuous success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and building excellent relationships with our existing customers.
  • Identifying and developing new relationships in line with our growth strategy.
  • Attend customer review meetings face to face.
  • Self-generate leads for new business by cold calling and warm opportunities.
  • Devoting 50% of time to new business activities for both new and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly KPI’s
  • Inspire those around you to succeed and achieve each day.

What you will bring to Trinsic:

  • At least 6 to 12 months working in a B2B sales environment and preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven history of success.
  • Ambitious to succeed and develop your career and grow with the business.
  • Be a sophisticated negotiator with the confidence to close deals and develop and maintain long lasting relationships.
  • Confidence in presenting
  • Confidence to cold call
  • A great collaborator
