The Role

We’re looking for a human to join our expanding team of plants and laptops. The job doesn’t have a glass ceiling, we’re looking for someone to grow as the company (and the plants) grow. We encourage applications from all walks of life but unfortunately, at this time we cannot accept applications from Haribo gummy bears as Sam is now vegetarian.

The role is a hybrid position coming into our office based in Kings cross twice a week. We feel this is the right balance between freedom for the staff while also creating a fun team environment.

Main Responsibilities

The role requires you to represent some of the most innovative marketing and communication agencies in the country as their Account and Business Development Manager.

You will be speaking to global brand leaders from many sectors via phone, email and LinkedIn, introducing the agency and setting up high-level appointments for our clients.

The Ideal Candidate’s experience and responsibilities

General

  • Attend the office (Kings Cross) twice a week
  • Attend 2x sprints daily on video conference
  • Work remotely within a high performing team, being supportive to co-workers
  • Ensuring a business wide best practice, and knowledge-sharing culture is actively embraced
  • Native/fluent English
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Ensuring that any deadlines issued, internally or externally, are met
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations in the industry
  • Undertake any reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business
  • Self-motivated
  • Interested in career self-development
  • The ability to multi-task – juggling is not necessary and is not preferred

Outreach

  • Experience in a cold calling environment
  • 40-60 outreach per day
  • Minimum 2 attended meetings a week, optimally 3 attended meetings a week
  • Ensure Meetings booked are qualified and communicated well
  • Identify, pursue and obtain new business opportunities

Internal Reporting

  • Attend your weekly 20 minute 121 with your director
  • Attend all 3-month personal reviews

Client Management

  • Client-facing and reporting experience
  • Experience in managing their own accounts.
  • Lead Client bi-weekly call, building client rapport and trust
  • Oversee the implementation of bespoke customer campaign
  • Ensuring that any special requirements are clearly identified
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction
  • Attend and prepare for external 6-month client reviews

Admin

  • CRM experience
  • Able to log each outreach on Internal/External CRM
  • Action administrative tasks across as per our internal process
  • Maintain all inboxes up to date with timely responses
