Job Title: Business Development /Telemarketing Role
Location: Shadwell, Thetford
Salary: On Target Earnings and Full Time Equivalent of 40K. Basic of Full Time Equivalent circa 30K.
Job type: Part time initially. 3 days per week, 6 hours a day, 9am – 4pm with a total of 1 hour break overall in the day. Office based role (open to Hybrid negotiation)
Bathco Designs was founded to manage the supply of bathrooms for the construction industry. Offering a full, concierge management service for all the bathrooms in your projects.
We supply bathrooms to residential construction projects. Housing Developers and Contractors are our core customers.
The role:
We are looking for a candidate experienced in developing new clients over the phone and moving them forward to appointment stage, or getting them engaged to the stage of quoting the bathrooms for their project.
If candidate is successful, it would move to potentially full time over time. Working Hours/Days and timings etc can be negotiated.
The Candidate:
- Experience in the construction industry and in a project type business model would be helpful but not essential.
- Candidate must have a confident and professional phone manner and be able to get past gate keepers, hunt around and find the decision makers for bathrooms on the project.
- Proven experience in telephone work and developing new clients is essential. We are not looking for an account manager/farmer type candidate.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Once a lead is qualified and warmed up, it is passed to the front-line sales staff to carry out the meeting or prepare the quotation. Then the candidate is onto the next opportunity through the phone. At the same time we are building long term relationships and its not exactly a quick sell type business.
- Leads to contact are readily available through the Glenigan database that tracks all live projects in the UK.
