Job Title: CAD Technician
Location: Atherton, Manchester
Salary: £21,000 – £25,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Responsibility and accountability for the delivery of the drawing process
- Ensure effective communications within the engineering and project teams and the wider Ascot Services departments
- Draft and prepare layout drawings of installations, showing components and devices as per specifications
- Amend and re-issue layout drawings, ensuring correct revisions are noted
- Ensure drawing registers are kept up to date and issued to relevant personnel
- Compile O&M Manuals as required/instructed
The Candidate:
- Two years minimum CAD experience in a similar role / background
- Great communication skills
- Very well organised
- Team player
