The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join University College Birmingham’s renowned College of Food as a Catering Manager. You will join a team circa 50 individuals in the management of all our Retail Catering outlets across Campus as well as our Award Winning Student Kitchens at our Summer Row campus.
You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Catering in the day to day running of our Retail Catering Facilities and Student Led Services across campus, including managing hospitality, events and supporting the day-to-day operation of the retail catering outlets.
Candidate Requirements:
You will have proven experience in retail catering management with a thorough understanding driving sales, catering administration, stock management, cost controls and budgetary responsibilities.
