Job Title: Client Manager

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Job type: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 35 Hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Forming part of the SYNLAB Drug and Alcohol Testing, Lextox are a UKAS accredited laboratory based in Cardiff. Lextox provide drug, alcohol and DNA testing services for family law cases and childcare proceedings.

We are currently seeking a Client Manager to join our existing Sales team in Cardiff. You will be responsible for meeting clients’ requirements and proactively managing client relationships to enable company growth.

Duties include:

  • To contribute and grow sales in a designated territory vs target to support wider Sales team delivery and company growth.
  • To build and maintain client relationships.
  • To work collaboratively with all operational departments.
  • To actively work towards improving quality and client experience at all times.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to identify client requirements and to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work productively as part of a team.
  • Adaptable, flexible and innovative approach to work.
  • Committed and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Confidence and resilience to manage client relationships.

Desirable (not essential):

  • Ability to work with CRM system.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Previous Sales experience would be an advantage.
