Job Title: Technical Client Services Executive

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for the full client life cycle and supporting our clients throughout each campaign we run for them. You’ll be a “go to” for our existing clients and are crucial in providing exemplary support to the company overall to ensure we reach our objectives.

You don’t have to possess a formal qualification but good IT skills are essential for this job. Some day to day tasks could include installing new IT systems, upgrading existing hardware and software and testing to ensure all systems are working correctly. You’ll be supporting the on-boarding transition of clients and existing client relationships over the phone and via email so we’re looking for someone with a minimum C or above or an equivalent grade on a skills based course.

Day to Day Activities

  • Working with the business development managers to ensure client contracts are fulfilled, reviewed and managed to the highest standard
  • Supporting the transition of clients from the sales team to ongoing delivery
  • Assisting with the creation of job adverts
  • Walk clients through how to use our system and assist with any issues
  • Identifying additional sales opportunities for existing clients
  • Ensuring that billing is completed in accordance with the contract
  • Assist with the internal reporting of existing client sales opportunities
  • Assist with the research database for clients

Experience:

  • Significant previous experience in a client service team or sales support environment is essential
  • Experience dealing directly with clients both via email and over the phone
  • Excellent IT skills, our product is digital so you will need to be comfortable

Qualifications and Training

Essential – English and Maths grade C or above (GCSE)
