Job Title: Compliance Coordinator

Location: High Post, Salisbury

Salary: £25,000

Job Type: Full time, 37.5 hour week, Mon to Fri (Fri half day)

About the role:

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the Management of Change (MoC) system. The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the MoC process is followed according to approved procedures. Together they ensure that all changes are managed effectively and in a systematic and defined format.

Responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Ensure the MOC procedures stay accurate and fit-for-purpose (the Compliance Coordinator will be the assigned Author).
  • Run an administration system to keep a track of all changes and associated actions (change tracking log).
  • Ensure all changes go through the appropriate gate stages.
  • Track and chase action closure.
  • Provide Key Performance Indicators to guide improvement of the MOC/Eco Online system (e.g., number of changes at each gate stage, average time to close, were changes successful, etc).

Compliance Coordinator Specification:

  • Right to live and work in the UK, with ability to obtain suitable level security clearance (5 years British residency necessary)
  • Confidence and ability to train others in the use of the Management of Change system
  • Develop and manage the controls and administration task associated with a compliance database.
  • Proficient in MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Publisher
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in their working environment
  • Working knowledge of UK Export Control, advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills

This role is typically worked over a 4.5 day week; Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:45 and Friday 08:00 – 12:30. Flexibility is required to support the needs of the business.
