Job Title: Contract and Warranty Administrator

The Role:
Steadplan currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warranty and Repair & Maintenance Administrator to join our MAN Dealership in Rochdale on our brand-new site. This role reports directly to our Head of Administration and is offered on a full time and permanent basis. Experience of processing Warranty and R&M is essential – ideally in a Truck Dealership but would consider someone from a Car Dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Claiming and invoicing of all warranty and R & M repairs carried out in our workshops according to the manufacturer guidelines.
- Submission of any required documentation to the manufacturer as requested.
- Action warranty and R & M referrals in a timely manner to ensure that the claim is not rejected.
- Ensure that all warranty and R & M parts are available for inspection at the request of the manufacturer.
- Constantly monitor work in progress to ensure that it is kept to a minimum level.
- Occasionally providing assistance and support to the Retail administrator.
- Effectively communicate with technicians to gain more information on repairs to maximise claimable time.
- Be proactive in maintaining the company’s policies including but not limited to Health and Safety, tidiness, and Compliance.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as and when required company.
- Overtime may be required at busy periods to meet the growing needs of the business.
- Meet KPI’s set by both Steadplan Group LTD and the vehicle manufacturer.
