Queens Court Law are a well-established and highly regarded practice based in Central London.

Job Overview

Practicing out of our desirable central London location, you will create and develop a strategy to attract and help clients’ businesses to grow providing high quality legal advice and support.

You can expect to be involved in a wide range of commercial and corporate matters ranging from contract advice, business restructuring including shareholder disputes and any commercial matters requiring legal expertise.

Whilst support will be provided, you will need to be able to work independently and have skills and abilities to deliver high quality legal services with a minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As part of your role, you will be expected to undertake a number of duties and responsibilities. Whilst you may be expected to undertake other duties from time to time, the list below, which is not intended to be exhaustive, your key duties and responsibilities is as follows:

Client Relations

  • Building, developing, and maintaining a good client relationship.
  • Providing professional advice to clients, ensuring that the advice given is accurate and in line with current legislation.

Case Management

  • Ensuring that the work produced is always at the highest standard.
  • Advising on and providing legal support in a wide range of commercial and corporate contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Drafting contractual, other legal documents and draw up various advice to clients.
  • Attending meeting with clients and third parties.

Business Development

  • Participating in the growth and development of the department and the firm.
  • Managing key clients.
  • Attending various networks events.
  • Attending client meetings for the purposes of developing clients’ relationships.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
  • Keen to progress and develop a professional career.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in corporate practice.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong IT knowledge.
