Job Title: CRM Specialists – Product/Developer/Analyst

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £34,304 – £50,296 per year – Depending on role.

Job type: Permanent, Full time – Hybrid working.

The Roles:

We are expanding our Applications & Digital Development team within Information Technology Services to embark on an exciting journey to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to replace our existing on-premises implementation at ARU. We are seeking to appoint the following key roles to realise our strategic ambition to lead on the implementation and launch of the new CRM system.

Product Manager to manage the CRM product lifecycle and define the short to medium term product strategies with accountability for delivering the product roadmap and to develop the strategic direction, experience design, prototyping, build and product capability enhancement of our CRM system.

Senior Solutions Developer to be the technical lead in designing, developing, releasing and supporting software solutions, applications, and integrations relating to our new Microsoft Dynamics 365 system.

Applications Analyst with responsibility for the management, maintenance, configuration and support of the CRM and its integration into several specific student and business information applications.

Salary bandwidths:

  • Product Manager (Grade 6) £40,927-£50,296.
  • Application Analyst / Senior Solutions Developer (Grade 5) £34,304 – £39,739.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

With a degree or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification appropriate to the specific role, you will have demonstrable experience in either CRM product design, or development, release and supporting software solutions or management, maintenance and configuration on a medium to large scale MS Dynamics environment with the ability to work collaboratively across disciplines to establish innovative ideas and to implement designs. You will have a strong and effective customer focus that models the university’s values and enables IT Services to deliver excellence.
