The role

This is an entry level position for a highly intelligent, charismatic and creative thinking individual who is passionate about web design and/or development and has a keen interest in learning how to identify, and influence, user behaviour.

The successful candidate will be keen to learn, want to strive for success and have a desire to question everything. An analytical mind-set coupled with a creative flair is a must for this role along with the willingness to take a risk.

The overall purpose of this role is to help support the agency’s client optimization strategy and to develop the CRO service. Aiding in the delivery for current client programmes, a large part of the role will be to develop and/or identify opportunities to increase conversions for the agency’s broad client portfolio.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Aiding in the planning, briefing and coordinating of user research to gather a deep understanding of user/audience needs and behaviours
  • Support in the identification of opportunities for optimization based on site analytics, reports, experience and digital best practices
  • Assist in the implementation and management of all tools and technologies to help successfully deliver the CRO programme
  • Contribute to the test and learn culture within the Global Digital teams, and in collaborating with other channels within the agency on the expansion of CRO and its key principles
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of weekly, monthly reports and insights relating to client KPIs (e.g. acquisition funnels, conversions and on-site behavioural metrics)
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of client CRO programme reporting & insights – daily/weekly sense check of test results/funnels
  • Responsible for building strong client relationships through attending regular update calls and client workshops
  • Responsible for the analysing and reporting on CRO test results to determine the impact on UX and its subsequent ROI
  • Supporting the development and execution of client A/B and multivariate testing
  • Responsible for coordinating directly with the Network’s UX designers and Web Developers to manage the delivery of optimisation programmes
  • Responsible for crafting hypothesis for A/B testing and website improvement recommendations based on data

Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree level education or equivalent/relevant work experience
  • Proactive can-do attitude
  • Analytical, creative and problem solving mind-set
  • Passion for digital marketing and analytics
  • Understanding of website optimisation, A/B and MVT testing a plus
  • Proven track record of working to and meeting deadlines
  • Proven time management skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • A mathematical and analytical mind
  • Highly organised and an ability to multitask
  • Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
  • Experience of working in teams to meet a common goal

Standard hours are from 9.00am to 5.30pm, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
