Job Title: Customer Accounts Team Leader

Location: Glenrothes

Salary: £37,650 – £43,023 per annum

Job Type: Full Time – Permanent, 36 hours per week.

Kingdom Housing Association is a leading provider of housing and support throughout East Central Scotland. We have plans for a significant expansion of our housing stock over the next five years.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated professional to join us as a Customer Accounts Team Leader. Based at our offices in Glenrothes or Perth you will co-ordinate the services for the Customer Accounts Team and contribute to delivering continuous improvement in customer services.

About You:

You will have strong, proven, previous experience of working as a leader in a housing, tenancy or similar organisation with a good knowledge of the welfare reform legislation and the social housing sector. You will have a passion for delivering high quality customer service and for leading and developing your team. The post holder will require a full driving licence and a Disclosure Check Prior to being made an offer of employment.
