Job Title: Widex Customer Experience Lead

Location: Chester

Salary: £26 – £28k plus benefits

Job Type: 12mth Fixed Term Contract

The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Lead to join the team on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract, covering a maternity leave.

The purpose of the role is to support WSA’s ambition to become number one in Service through driving improvements in our systems, processes and customer journey, enhancing customer experience. This role will work to support the Widex brand to develop a strong branded experience through working closely with all teams, creating customer excellence.

The responsibilities include, driving and implementing improvements across the Widex brand through manage issues and complaints, capturing customer feedback, providing quality assurance through scoring customer service and technical support calls, review processing flows to increase efficiency and driving customer excellence.

The Candidate:

If you have a strong and broad Customer Service background, excellent MS Office Skills, CRM system experience and ideally have had some supervisory or team management experience and are looking for an exciting opportunity contact me for more information.
