The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Management Officer to join the Student Recruitment and Marketing Department to work as part of a dedicated and enthusiastic team who work together to build strong relationships with both enquirers and applicants. As Customer Relationship Management Officer, you will work on a wide range of student recruitment activities, with your main role being to maximise the capabilities of the CRM system and the data within it to ensure our recruitment messages are targeted and timely.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of CRM principles and strategies whilst being able to demonstrate strong excel skills.
- Experience of using data to produce regular reports that effectively analyse and evaluate output of work to help to inform future decision making.
- Manage and prioritise your own workload, using initiative with the ability to work well under pressure and managing tight deadlines whilst also maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong team player with experience of working across teams demonstrating the ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with others successfully.
- Think creatively and take a solution-focused approach to developing and improving existing processes whilst also being able to operate flexibly and reliably with a proactive approach to the role, demonstrating excellent customer service at all times.
