Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Location: St Austell

Salary: £20-25k per year – Depending on Experience.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Hours – 07.30am – 17.00pm (Monday – Friday).

Purpose of Role:

Answering phone calls and emails from customers regarding orders or quotations required and raising on company’s operating system. To promote Coastal’s range of products and offer solutions to customers. Dealing with any problems incurred by the customer and resolving any issues.

This role involves focus on the company’s primary objective of being a customer centric business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Processing
  • Answering telephone calls/emails
  • Transport tracking
  • Issuing of paperwork required for UK/overseas shipments
  • Assist in general administration duties
  • Logging of errors and corrective action
  • Producing reports to assist with reviewing the company’s performance in targeted areas
  • Learning of the Coastal products
  • Team player and assist other members of staff when required
