Roper Rhodes are a supplier of bathroom products with an excellent reputation of over 40 years. Our turnover for FY21 was £70m+ and this continues to grow. We are leaders in the bathroom furniture market with a share of around 33% of the total UK market and are also highly innovative. The company employs 200+ people across our Bath office/Bristol warehouse.
Our customers include major national retailers, national/regional builder’s merchants and a nationwide network of independent bathroom retailers.
Products are manufactured to our own in-house designs from sources all over the world. We have a portfolio of three in-house brands, Roper Rhodes, Tavistock and R2
The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor, based in our stylish Bath head offices to:
- Process Customer orders
- Take orders from Customers over the phone
- Assist Customers with queries
- Provide technical advice
- Organise and process returns
The Customer Services Team is well established and you would be joining a group of 20 friendly and supportive colleagues. While high volume customer service experience is essential for this role, it is important to the team that each member feels in control and happy with their workload.
Candidate Requirements
- High Volume Telephone Customer Service experience.
- Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
- Practiced and efficient telephone skills.
- An energetic and positive approach.
- Committed and loyal attitude.
- Team player.
