Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Plant Hire)
Location: Ashton-in-Makerfield, Wigan
Salary: £26,000-£27,000 per annum (FTE)
Job type: Full time/Part-time, Permanent. Flexible hours, Monday-Friday.

Marwood Group Limited specialise in non-mechanical plant hire and sales. We have a nationwide depot network and have a strong reputation within our industry for the supply of quality products and excellent customer service.
The Role:
Based within our Key Account rehire department, the successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue through the hire and sales of our products.
You will work within a small team and will be responsible for providing advice to ensure our customers select the optimum product(s) to fulfil their needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
In this busy role, you will use various software systems to process quotations, hire/sales orders and off hires and will be happy to assist with the resolution of queries to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Experience:
Full systems/product training will be provided, though the successful candidate will ideally have some previous experience of processing contracts, data entry and customer service.
