About the Role

Due to significant growth, we are recruiting outstanding individuals to join our existing who make and receive calls in our Leicester office. You will be office-based and we’ll provide you with full training to ensure you’ve got all the tools for success. We are offering a competitive basic salary, incentives and an amazing team culture in a fresh and thriving environment.

After completing our comprehensive training programme, you will be able to:

  • Book and reschedule customers appointments via telephone and deal with Customer queries
  • Contact customers regarding their appointments
  • Take ownership of each and every call to maximise opportunity whilst maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Update databases with customer details
  • Meet or exceed monthly call and quality performance goals

We will train and develop you through a comprehensive training programme before you start speaking to customers to ensure you have all the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
