Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (German speakers)

Location: London

Salary: £10 – £14 per hour

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

What will I do in the role?

  • The first point of contact for all customer queries
  • Brand ambassador for your client
  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, webchat and email
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

What do I need?

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Experience working in luxury retail
  • Understanding of the customer profile and demographic
  • A passion for fashion- previous work within luxury fashion, retail or beauty and fragrance industry
  • A desire and genuine enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn
