Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Remote)

Salary: £19k – £22k per annum

The Role/Candidate:

We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Advisors to join our luxury retail client team to cover our fixed term contracts starting on Monday 10th October.

What will I do in the role?

  • Provide outstanding customer service across telephone, social media, web chat and email
  • First point of contact for all customer queries
  • Brand ambassador for your client, upholding the values/expectations of this luxury brand.
  • Develop expert product knowledge to share with your customers, order processing and upselling additional items
  • Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation

What do I need?

  • Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach
  • Outstanding social service etiquette, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer
  • Experience of working in a customer facing environment
  • Works well within a team
  • Confident IT skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn

Where will I be based?

You will be working from home so you will need to have your own laptop/PC running Windows 10 or Macs OS version 10.15 as a minimum and a strong broadband connection.

Homeworking Technical Specification

Homeworking candidates will need to meet our minimum technical specification as below:

  • PING ms Maximum 50ms
  • DOWNLOAD Mbps Minimum 20MBps
  • UPLOAD Mbps Minimum 5Mbps

Working Hours

  • Full time – 40 hours per week
  • Rota basis covering the core hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of weekend working.
  • Fixed Term Contracts until the end of December 2022
  • Start dates: From Monday 10th October through to Monday 14th November
  • Training – 10 days Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
