Job Title: Care Support Worker – Customer Services Executive

Location: Northenden, Manchester

Salary: £21,000 per annum (comprising of a base salary of NMW with an evening allowance – time and a half for working past 6pm working the alternate week shift pattern and uncapped commission but average earnings £3,000 with some team members earning £5,000 per annum.)

  • A telephone based, role, taking incoming calls (NB not cold calls) from people who have suffered a personal injury could allow you to leverage the value of your experience in the health care profession, whilst also opening up a new and exciting career path…

  • As part of our New Client Team, you will be offering telephone support to people who have been injured or in an accident.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • We’d like to hear from carers with a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a care setting; committed to a long-term career change.
  • You must be able to start employment on 10th January 2022 (the training cohort, 3 weeks starts on the 10th, Monday – Friday)

Support & Training

  • We offer 3 weeks of extensive training before you take a call and further continued on the job support. You’ll be in very good company and safe hands!

SHIFT PATTERNS

Working Days (after initial training period)

Tuesday to Saturday

OR

Sunday to Thursday

Working Hours

Early Shift (alternating): 08.30 – 17.00

Late Shift (alternating): 12.00 – 20.00

Saturday – Sunday

(1 fixed day each week): 10.00 – 18.00

Bank Holidays (if applicable): 10.00 – 18.00
