The Role:

Signia, based in plush new offices in Manor Royal are looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a permanent basis providing an excellent service to our B2B customers.

This role provides proactive, quality customer service for all UK sales accounts by the effective handling of a range of enquiries from our customers. This involves fast and accurate processing of orders, inbound & outbound communications with added administration functions to support our company sales activities.

About you:

You will specifically be required to answer a high number of incoming calls and perform sales support duties including providing product information to our customers and resolution of queries in relation to orders.

You will have an excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and strong organisational abilities along with intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. You should also be highly organised in time and task management, have a good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under pressure.

Previous experience of taking 80+ calls a day and order entry experience within a Customer Services environment is essential, as well as excellent spoken and written communication skills.

This is a Monday to Friday position with no evenings or weekends on 37.5 hour working week. This position is office based and as a medical device supplier, our staff are considered key workers. This position does not offer any working from home option due to the requirements of the role and interaction with the team.
