Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Part time)

Location: Formby with Hybrid working available

Salary: Full time £22,050 to £25,625 OTE* including £2,000 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your role. Pro rata salary for part time colleagues

Job Type: Part Time, Permanent

Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (hours based on preference between 9:00am & 5.30pm) or Saturday (7.5 hours) Monday, Tuesday (hours based on preference between 9:00am & 5.30pm).

We are looking for Insurance Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have empathetic customer service skills, providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to? Then this would be the role for you!

What you will be doing:

  • Provide support to our customers queries regarding insurance policies via phone, email and webchat.
  • Assisting customers to make changes to customers insurance policies.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about their insurance policy.
  • Helping with customer queries over direct debit payments.
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs, working to deliver good outcomes for our customers displaying strong consumer duty practices.
  • Contact customers by phone and email for outstanding documentation.
  • Putting your training into practice to ensure that all FCA compliance procedures are always followed.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

  • Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences by working collaboratively across departments to resolve customer enquiries quickly and provide the right solutions, first time.
  • With in house coaching and buzz sessions keep their product and finance services knowledge up to date.
  • Capable of achieving high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
  • A team player who is enthusiastic and self-motivated and who understands the importance of their role and the role of others in their team.
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
