Job Title: Customer Service Support Stansted

Salary: £ 17,932 per annum

Job Type: Permanent – Part-time – 25 hours per week – to start asap.

The Role:

The successful candidate must adopt a professional attitude at all times and provide customer service that is commensurate with the Harrods brand. You must be quick thinking and very adaptable, as the nature of our business often dictates unique requirements.

This role will require an element of reception work and lounge duties, in addition to assisting the Customer Service team. Duties will be allocated by the Lead CSA on shift.

The role is often demanding, requiring our staff to be organised and able to coordinate and communicate with all other departments. The successful candidate will have to be multi-skilled, often having to undertake several tasks at once.

Hours of Work:

You will be required to work as part of a team covering a 24-hour operation on a 4 on, 2 off shift pattern, which will include working weekends and bank holidays. The standard shifts are 5 or 5 ½ hours, and the average working week is 25 hours.

As always, flexibility is required with the hours, as at times they may need to be altered to suit the needs of the Company.

The Succsesful Candidate:

Ideal candidates will have a proven knowledge of Customer Services, which will have been gained working in a 5* hospitality environment or within the First / Club / Business Class Cabins of the airlines renowned for their Customer Service standards.

Applicants should also have an enthusiastic, willing personality with a sense of humour and the ability to work on their own initiative. Good communication skills combined with courtesy and integrity are essential. Good administration skills are desirable and computer literacy would be an advantage.

  • You must hold a full, clean UK driving license and have a five year checkable work history.
