A top-brand company in the Chester area are looking for an experienced Customer Services Administrator looking to progress their career within a customer centric environment.

The Role:

Your role function is to provide a proactive quality customer service for all UK sales accounts by the effective handling of all enquiries from their client’s customers, fast and accurate processing of orders, outbound communications and administration functions for company sales activities.

You will specifically be required to answer a high number of incoming calls and perform sales support duties by providing general information to customers and resolution of queries in relation to orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To take customer orders, resolve customer product queries and to ensure exceptional customer communication and service supporting the customer (inbound and outbound calls)
  • Process orders entry into an ERP system
  • Liaise with the internal departments regarding stock, deliveries, dispatch of orders, special requests for urgent orders where required
  • Participate in training sessions to keep product knowledge up to date and relevant
  • Highlight any potential customer complaints or product concerns using a CRM system
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and advise sales team accordingly
  • Other duties commensurate with the post

The Candidate:

Training on product knowledge and company systems will be provided to the successful applicant however you will need the following:

  • Have an outgoing enthusiastic personality
  • A good team player
  • Able to work under own initiative and work efficiently as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst remaining flexible, friendly and courteous at all times
  • Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Previous experience of taking 70+ calls a day and order entry experience within a Customer Services environment
  • Experienced in using MS office
  • Experienced in ERP and CRM
  • Good call handling ability
  • Grade C or 4 or above in English and Maths GCSE require
  • Able to embrace change
