Job Title: Customer Success Executive – Hybrid

Location: Croydon / Home Working (Hybrid)

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum + discretionary company bonus

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Customer Success team, based predominantly at our offices in central Croydon the role is a mixture of home and office based.

The role of Customer Success Executive continues to evolve, the existing team cover a breadth of knowledge across our entire suite of products, this role will focus on our new products launching in 2023, actively supporting new and existing customers with pre-and post-sale queries through a mixture of inbound and outbound call activity.

This is an ideal role for an aspiring salesperson or a competent customer services professional looking to take the next step on the career ladder with a modern technology business.

Key Responsibilities:

In a nutshell, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Show ownership and accountability for offering solutions to help and benefit our customers
  • Proactively engage with existing customers to identify additional sales opportunities
  • Actively seek to improve processes and workflows
  • Respond to customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to the head of department

About you:

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience Required:

  • At least 3 year’s Customer Service/Sales experience
  • Ability to balance workload and deal with multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft applications (word, excel, power-point)

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Knowledge of the UK Mortgage Industry
  • Experience in a SAAS application environment
  • Experience with Microsoft dynamics
