Job Title: Customer Support / Customer Service Representative

Salary: Up to £28,000 depending on skills and experience

Location: Fordingbridge, Hampshire

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm

Are you driven and ambitious? Do you want to develop your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly expanding, international, business which is seeking a creative, driven and innovative individual to join our sales team.

This is a busy and varied role where you will be required to build relationships with customers and process orders. You must have an excellent telephone manner and high attention to detail.

Main Duties:

  • Manage customer accounts and be a primary point of contact – liaise with and build up relationships with customers;
  • Process orders and requests for quotes in a timely fashion;
  • Develop an understanding of the supply chain requirements and communicate customers’ requirements to all departments ensuring their expectations are met;
  • Maintain specific information regarding daily operations of the company and keep the client updated;
  • Answering incoming telephone calls;
  • Attend customer visits and meetings.

About you:

  • Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent telephone manner;
  • Ability to work actively within a team;
  • Motivated and highly organised;
  • Computer literate with experience in using Excel;
  • A full driving licence is required.

Experience in a customer support role within a similar industry would be beneficial however, full training will be provided so an eagerness to deliver excellent service and become a key part of a motivated and dynamic team is more important.

Benefits:

  • Up to £28,000 depending on skills and experience
  • Starting entitlement of 22 days plus Bank Holidays increasing each year to a maximum of 28 days plus Bank Holidays
  • One month paid sabbatical after 6 years
